From your mobile phone you can get information for assistance at any time by sending the text "HELP" to 639227, the CSC you Opted-In to. You will receive a standard-rate text-message from 122° West Winery with information on the program you have subscribed to, our website, email address, phone number and how to opt-out of our text alert program.

Only opted-in Mobile Subscribers will receive alerts from 122° West Winery. Subscribers to our service alert system have opted-in to receive text alerts from one or more of the following short codes: 24411, 38766, 529937, 639227, 737247 and/or 86689 concerning goods or services provided by 122° West Winery.
Before we send any text messages, Subscribers must express an interest to receive text messages from 122° West Winery and complete an opt-in procedure. Only after you have opted-in will you be able to receive alerts and messages from 122° West Winery. Such text messages will consist of any promotions, news, new wine releases, information, coupons or other marketing related messages specific to 122° West Winery and our tasting room. All text messages are sent to you are at standard rates. Other charges may apply. Message fees may apply based on the type of text messaging program or plan that you have with your carrier. 122° West Winery will not assess additional fees.
CARRIERS CURRENTLY SUPPORTED: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Virgin Mobile USA, Cellular South, Boost Mobile, Cincinnati Bell, Midwest Wireless, SunCom, US Cellular Corp, Centennial, Voce, Nextel and nTelos.

which you are subscribed. You will receive a standard rate message from our
service with information on the program you have subscribed to as well as our
website, email address, phone number and how to opt-out of our service.

HOW TO OPT-IN: If you verbally opt-in at our tasting room, you will then be sent a text message requesting you to confirm your desire to opt-in to this text service by responding "YES" to the message. You will then receive a message from us confirming that you have opted in and providing you with contact and opt-out information. We may send you an opt-in confirmation alert. If you fail to respond to that alert, or if your carrier does not permit these alerts, you will not receive text messages from us.
HOW TO OPT-OUT: To opt-out of our text system you can text "STOP" from your mobile phone and you will automatically be unsubscribed from our service. You will receive a confirmation that you successfully unsubscribed but will not receive any additional messages unless or until you opt-in again at one of our participating business locations.
PRIVACY POLICY: We will not share or use your mobile number for any purpose other than to send you text messages as described here. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. However, we may always disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with this text-messaging service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may refuse you access to this service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
